8bbd Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 8bbd ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 8bbd platform at https://8bbd.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all use of the 8bbd platform including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, fish games and any promotional activities. 8bbd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use the 8bbd platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots and automated systems may not register accounts.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement currently active on your account.

Each player may hold only one registered account on 8bbd. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Upon registering, you agree to the following:

You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address or proof of payment method at any time. KYC verification is mandatory before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. 8bbd reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits

8bbd accepts deposits via the following methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be in good standing, your identity must be verified, and no active bonus wagering requirement may be outstanding. • Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used to deposit into the account.

8bbd may offer bonuses, free spins and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period stated. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using a bonus on an ineligible game may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8bbd platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be permanently banned from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identities, to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a way that is not authorised by 8bbd.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

All content on the 8bbd platform including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, sound effects and the overall presentation of the platform is the intellectual property of 8bbd or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 8bbd platform without prior written consent from 8bbd. Unauthorised use of 8bbd's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bbd's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 8bbd does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions or technical faults.
• 8bbd is not liable for any loss of winnings or funds arising from technical failures, server outages, connectivity issues or force majeure events beyond 8bbd's reasonable control.
• 8bbd is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of your own decisions while using the platform, including betting and wagering decisions.
• In any case where 8bbd is found liable to you, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8bbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• A player's request to self-exclude under 8bbd's responsible gaming policy.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 8bbd account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
